I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in 2015 and my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from The University of Grand Canyon in 2018.

I have over four years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, providing individual, group, and family counseling. My counseling orientation is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also use skills from Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness Therapy.

I have experience working with individuals from 12 to 60-year-old with ADHD, anxiety, behavior problems, depression, eating disorders, parenting issues, self-esteem, relationships and relations, life adjustments, and addiction and substance abuse.

I look forward to working with you and your family helping to sort out any issues that may arise to gain understanding and help navigate through success.
